Return/Exchange Policy
Every product we create is custom-made and personalized according to each customer’s unique specifications. Because of this, we are unable to accept order cancellations, issue refunds or accept returns once an order has been placed.

We kindly ask that you review your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase. If you have any questions or special requests, please reach out to us before placing your order and we will be happy to assist you.

While we cannot offer refunds, we stand behind the quality of our work. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, we will provide a free replacement at no additional cost.

• Please make sure to record a product unboxing video for us to rightly learn about the issue and process your return request at the earliest.
• If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us at +91 87438-00508 or send an email at info.3dstatues@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Upon receiving your request, we’ll arrange for a return pick-up to collect the item at the earliest.
  
• All replacement claims will be reviewed carefully. The final decision and discretion regarding eligibility for replacement will rest with 3D Statues
